Agência realiza ações de fiscalização em todas as regiões do país

De 13 a 23 de junho, a ANP realizou ações de fiscalização no mercado de combustíveis em 13 unidades da Federação, percorrendo todas as regiões do país. No Maranhão, os fiscais visitaram 34 estabelecimentos e constaram uma série de irregularidades.

Nas ações, os fiscais verificaram se as normas da Agência – como o atendimento aos padrões de qualidade dos combustíveis, o fornecimento do volume correto pelas bombas, apresentação de equipamentos e documentação adequados, entre outras – estão sendo cumpridas.

Além da fiscalização de rotina, a Agência também atua em parceria com diversos órgãos públicos. Neste período, houve operações conjuntas com a Polícia Civil de Santa Catarina, Ministério Público do Maranhão e o Procon-SP, entre outros.

Maranhão – Houve fiscalização em 34 agentes econômicos, nos segmentos de distribuidoras de GLP, revendedores de combustível de aviação, distribuidores de combustíveis, terminais aquaviários, revendas de GLP e postos de combustíveis.

Os estabelecimentos vistoriados estão distribuídos entre os municípios de São Luís, Conceição do Lago-Açu, Bacabal, Icatu e Morros. Houve parceria com o Ministério Público Estadual e com a Polícia Militar em Conceição do Lago-Açu.

Em São Luís, uma distribuidora de GLP foi autuada porque estava comercializando vasilhames de GLP do tipo P13 (13kg) cheios com falhas no sistema de vedação. Ainda na capital, uma revenda de combustível de aviação foi autuada por funcionar com árvores e postes de eletricidade dentro do parque de abastecimento das aeronaves sem a devida contenção.

No município de Bacabal, um posto de combustíveis foi autuado por não dispor de medida-padrão de 20L, instrumento utilizado para verificar o volume dispensado pelas bombas medidoras, lacrada e aferida, e por abastecer motocicleta sem o desembarque do condutor.

Em Icatu, outro posto também sofreu autuação por não possuir a medida-padrão lacrada e aferida, além de não ter os instrumentos utilizados na análise de qualidade dos combustíveis.Também na cidade, uma revenda de GLP foi autuada por não cumprir notificação anterior e dispor de balança para pesagem dos botijões.

Um posto de Morros também foi autuado por não dispor da medida-padrão lacrada e aferida.
