Dois homens foram presos, nessa segunda-feira(27), pelos crimes de violência doméstica na cidade de São José de Ribamar, Região Metropolitana de São Luís.

As prisões foram realizadas pela Polícia Civil do Maranhão e contaram com o apoio da Guarda Municipal da cidade.
Na primeira ação policial, um homem de 45 anos de idade foi preso em flagrante pelo crime de ameaça psicológica, agravada na Lei Maria da Penha, figurando como vítima sua ex-companheira, no bairro Olho D’água.
Segundo o delegado Jader Alves, em 2021, o mesmo homem utilizando-se de uma faca, desferiu golpes de arma branca na vítima e em uma amiga dela. E, mesmo respondendo a processo pelo crime, continuava a perseguir e ameaçar sua ex-companheira. O autuado foi encontrado dormindo em um bar, localizado no bairro J. Câmara, em Ribamar.
A segunda prisão foi a de um homem, de 53 anos de idade, investigado pelos crimes de furto, ameaça, injúria e violência patrimonial, tendo como vítima a própria mãe, uma idosa de 85 anos de idade.
As investigações apontam que, no último dia 21 de junho, o investigado furtou da residência de sua mãe panelas e um botijão de gás, além de ameaçar e ofender a vítima.
Nos dois casos, os presos foram apresentados na Delegacia Especial de Ribamar para serem submetidos aos processos legais, posteriormente encaminhados ao sistema prisional.
