Deputado Othelino Neto será homenageado pela Câmara Municipal de Imperatriz com o título de Cidadão Imperatrizense (foto AL)/divulgação)

Decisão levou em conta denúncias de irregularidades 

O presidente da Assembleia Legislativa do Maranhão, deputado Othelino Neto (PCdoB), informou, na tarde desta segunda-feira (20), por meio de suas redes sociais, a anulação, a partir da primeira etapa das provas objetivas do concurso público organizado pela Fundação Centro Estadual de Estatística, Pesquisa e Formação de Servidores Públicos do Rio de Janeiro (CEPERJ). Com isto, fica mantida apenas a fase de inscrições.

“Em razão dos registros e denúncias de falhas de execução, fiscalização e segurança na aplicação da prova objetiva, bem como pela correta interpretação sobre a LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), quando da divulgação do resultado preliminar, decidi anular a primeira etapa do concurso”, afirmou Othelino em suas redes sociais.

Othelino também destacou: “Nosso compromisso é com a transparência e a absoluta lisura de todos e quaisquer atos de gestão do Poder Legislativo”.

O ato de anulação foi oficializado por meio da Resolução Administrativa 469/22, de autoria da Mesa Diretora da Assembleia Legislativa, publicada no Diário Oficial.

O ato legislativo considerou diversas reclamações de candidatos na Ouvidoria da Assembleia, no Ministério Público Estadual e na Defensoria Pública Estadual, apontando supostas falhas na execução da primeira etapa, na organização e fiscalização do concurso. O ato não faz menção às denúncias do deputado Yglésio Moisés, que apontou diversas irregularidades no certame.

Todas as denúncias foram encaminhadas ao Ministério Público Estadual pela Presidência da Casa Legislativa, solicitando a imediata  investigação.

Ratificação – A Resolução da Mesa Diretora determinou a ratificação das fases anteriores do concurso e que sejam mantidas válidas todas as inscrições deferidas, independentemente de comparecimento do candidato no dia da realização das provas objetivas.

À CEPERJ, foi determinado o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais pactuadas, consistente na realização de nova etapa de provas objetivas aos cargos disponibilizados no edital.

A Resolução da Mesa Diretora será encaminhada à Procuradoria Geral do Estado, à Vara de Interesses Difusos e Coletivos de São Luís, ao Ministério Público Estadual, à Defensoria Pública Estadual e aos demais órgãos competentes.
