A Raíze apresenta mais de 300 vagas para estágio, mais de 400 para aprendiz e pelo menos 20 para trainee, com oportunidades em várias regiões do Brasil, incluindo o Maranhão, na capital, São Luís, e em Açailândia, no interior do estado. As vagas são para as mais diversas áreas de atuação, de acordo com as necessidades de cada localidade, e as inscrições para o programa Talentos Raízen vão até 25 de setembro, neste site.

Para as vagas de trainee, podem se candidatar pessoas com formação completa entre julho de 2019 e dezembro de 2021 em curso de graduação — bacharelado, tecnólogo e licenciatura. As vagas são voltadas para quem tem disponibilidade para mobilidade entre estados com unidades da Raízen no Brasil. A remuneração é de R＄ 7.800,00 por mês, além de benefícios.

Na seleção para estágio, não há limite de idade, e podem concorrer estudantes de graduação — bacharelado, tecnólogo e licenciatura — com conclusão prevista para dezembro de 2023 e dezembro de 2024. Não é necessário saber inglês e nem ter experiência prévia. Quem se candidatar deve ter disponibilidade para uma jornada de 30 horas semanais, sendo seis horas por dia. As vagas oferecem bolsa-auxílio mensal de R＄2.000,00 e benefícios. O processo seletivo de estágio é conduzido em parceria com a consultoria Matchbox.

Já para as vagas de aprendiz, podem se inscrever jovens com até 21 anos e 11 meses de idade, com ensino fundamental completo ou ensino médio ou técnico, cursando ou completo. Para participar, é importante ter disponibilidade de 20 horas semanais. Neste caso, a remuneração e os benefícios variam de acordo com a localização e a área de atuação de cada oportunidade disponível.

O programa contribui ainda para o aumento da representatividade e da diversidade na Raízen, tendo acrescentado mais de 250 estagiários e estagiárias, com 52% das vagas preenchidas por mulheres. Além disso, no último processo seletivo para trainee, 90% das contratações foram de mulheres.
