1. Planejadora(or) de Manutenção: Técnico Mecânica/Elétrica/Instrumentação ou áreas afins; visão e experiência com elaboração, controle e gerenciamento de custos/orçamentos e gestão técnica de coordenação das atividades; conhecimento e experiência em gestão de materiais de manutenção, bem como suas especialidades no que diz respeito à: Identificação de sobressalentes de Inventário, Requisição / Recebimento na área / movimentações e devoluções para o Almox; habilidade para conduzir reuniões e em negociações, a fim de mitigar possíveis conflitos nos recursos de planejamento; saber trabalhar com grandes demandas da manutenção, raciocínio analítico para detectar problemas nas programações e analisar possíveis falhas nos KPI’s da manutenção; habilidade com manipulação de dados, conhecimento e uso do pacote office e Power BI; conhecimento do software de planejamento da Alcoa (Eam) será um diferencial; Inglês nível básico.

Analista de Suporte de TI Pleno: Curso Superior Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistema de Informação; Idioma: Inglês Avançado/Fluente (escrita, leitura e conversação) devido a interface com o time global; Software: ArcGIS, QGis, Google Earth, PowerBI; Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais client/server – Windows Server; Entendimento de componentes de redes, topologias, funções e princípios básico de operação de equipamentos de rede; Desejável conhecimento em banco de dados SQL Server; Conhecimento de controles de Compliance aplicados para TI (SOX); Ter familiaridade com os modelos de governança de TI (COBIT, ITIL) – certificação: desejável (seria um diferencial) volumetria, backlog, priorização, SLA/OLA, reaberturas, satisfação, compliance, ofensores e plano de ação; Familiaridade com a utilização de ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos, como o Microsoft Project.

Geotécnica(o) Consultora(or) – Fly-in Fly-out: Graduação em: Engenharia Civil, Geologia ou Engenharia de Minas, com especialização em geotecnia; Experiência significativa em projetos e avaliação geotécnica de barragens e lagos; Conhecimento de Padrões e Técnicas internacionalmente reconhecidas de projetos, gestão e operação de Tailings (ANCOLD/ MAC/CDA/ICMM); Sólida experiência em projeto e avaliação de geotecnia/barragem de rejeitos, construção e/ou operação (desejável experiência em mineração, produção de alumina ou em uma indústria pesada); Habilidades interpessoais de apresentação e comunicação altamente desenvolvidas, juntamente com uma experiência substancial em engenharia.
