Muitos telespectadores que torcem pelo casal na trama notaram o sumiço do personagem do artista. Alexandre precisou ser afastado das gravações devido uma forte crise renal.

Segundo o portal de notícias UOL, o famoso precisou ficar repouso por um tempo para o corpo tentar se recuperar da enfermidade. Nas redes sociais, Alexandre acabou atualizando seus fãs e seguidores sobre seu estado de saúde, e desabafou como está enfrentando dias difíceis.
