São Paulo, SP, 06 – A Liga Forte União do Futebol divulgou, nesta segunda-feira, um comunicado em que pede ao Congresso a inclusão do futebol entre as atividades que podem receber tratamento tributário específico.
De acordo com bloco, existe o risco de a reforma tributária inviabilizar a recuperação, o desenvolvimento e a contribuição do futebol para o País. A Liga Forte União afirma que a chamada Lei da SAF (Sociedade Anônima de Futebol) possibilitou uma série de negócios, mediante a atração de investidores nacionais e internacionais.
O comunicado, divulgado por todos os clubes que integram a Liga Forte, afirma ainda que o futebol é a maior atividade de entretenimento do planeta e tem capacidade de inserir e distribuir riquezas entre as camadas menos favorecidas da população.
“Toda essa perspectiva, originada com a Lei da SAF, deve ser mantida pelo Congresso Nacional. Sem essa inclusão na reforma, surgirá evidente barreira tributária ao desenvolvimento empresarial do futebol no Brasil”, afirma o documento.

A Liga Forte União reúne 25 clubes brasileiros e tem como projeto a construção de uma liga no futebol brasileiro.
