Romário fala sobre Diniz, Neymar e aponta campeão brasileiro

Rio de Janeiro, RJ, 20 (AFI) – O Palmeiras vai ser campeão brasileiro, Neymar ainda pode ser decisivo para a Seleção Brasileira e Fernando Diniz sabe que futebol é resultado e precisa vencer para chegar à Copa do Mundo de 2026 como técnico do Brasil.

Estas foram as posições mais importantes de Romário, o tetracampeão mundial pele Brasil (1994), um dos maiores artilheiros da história do futebol brasileiro e que atualmente é senador da República (Partido Liberal – eleito em 2015 e reeleito em 2022) e também presidente do América Carioca.
O ‘Baixinho’ foi o convidado do programa ‘Boleiragem’ do canal Sportv realizado, nesta segunda-feira à noite, no hotel que a seleção está hospedada no Rio de Janeiro para o jogo contra a Argentina, nesta quarta-feira, pelas eliminatórias sul-americanas dentro do Maracanã.

Sempre franco e sincero, Romário, aos 57 anos, respondeu a todas as perguntas com muita naturalidade ao lado dos ex-jogadores Roger Flores, Caio Ribeiro, Júnior e Grafite. Ele também falou sobre Gabigol, sobre o seu camisa nove ideal e lembrou que falta um camisa 10 para a seleção. Lembrou o atacante que foi sua referência na carreira e apontou o atacante que ele acha que mais vai brilhar no futuro.

CAMPEÃO BRASILEIRO
“Eu gostaria muito que fosse o Botafogo, mas acho que ele amarelou. Afinal, estava 13 pontos na frente e tinha tudo para se garantir. Deixou passar esta grande oportunidade de ser campeão, dando aquela ‘amarelada’.
O Palmeiras cresceu no momento certo, além disso, é um time acostumado com este tipo de disputa e parece ser o mais forte nesta reta final”.

FERNANDO DINIZ
‘Eu gostaria muito que ele dirigisse a seleção na Copa, mas a gente sabe das dificuldades atuais, com muitas mudanças. O Diniz é bastante capacitado, o melhor técnico do país. Ele sabe que futebol é resultado e que precisa se sustentar no cargo com vitórias”.
(Em tempo – quando a delegação chegou ao hotel, Diniz entrou na área de gravação e abraçou os quatro ex-jogadores).

NEYMAR ‘AINDA PODE SER‘
“O Neymar é o grande nome da Seleção. Claro que ele faz falta neste momento. Ele ainda não chegou naquele patamar lá em cima, mesmo porque falta conquistar uma Copa do Mundo. Mas ele ainda pode chegar lá. Acho que ele vai liderar a seleção na Copa e pode atingir o nível de astro”.
