Acusado de matar ex-mulher com ‘pé-de-cabra’ é condenado em João Lisboa – MARANHÃO Hoje

Vítima e denunciado relacionaram-se durante três anos

Uma pena de 24,9 anos de prisão foi imposta ao réu Samuel de Sousa Santos, julgado em João Lisboa sob acusação de ter matado a ex-mulher, Patrícia Rodrigues Pereira de Assis, a golpes de ‘pé-de-cabra’. O julgamento ocorreu nesta quarta-feira (06) e foi presidido pelo juiz Haderson Rezende Ribeiro, titular da 2ª Vara.

Ele foi condenado, ainda, ao pagamento de 100 mil reais aos familiares da vítima, pelos danos morais causados. Samuel não poderá recorrer em liberdade.

Destacou a denúncia do caso que, na manhã do dia 03 de julho de 2023, por volta de 06h30min, o denunciado teria matado sua ex-companheira, Patrícia, desferindo contra ela vários golpes com uma barra de ferro na cabeça e tórax.

O crime ocorreu na casa da mulher. O inquérito policial relatou que vítima e denunciado relacionaram-se durante três anos, relação essa que seria marcada por diversos episódios de violência decorrentes do comportamento possessivo e constantemente agressivo dele contra ela. Conforme depoimentos, as coisas se agravaram quando ela decidiu pela separação, em julho deste ano.

Perseguição – Foi averiguado, contudo, que Samuel passou a perseguir a ex-mulher, pressionando pela volta do relacionamento. Foi nesse contexto de desrespeito, ciúme, controle e perseguição que ele, na noite que antecedeu a morte da vítima, ele teria ido até a residência dela e insistiu em acompanhá-la nas festividades juninas locais, o que ela teria recusado. Horas depois, já na madrugada que se seguiu, ele outra vez abordou a vítima quando ela se divertia no arraial e ordenou que ela lhe entregasse as chaves da sua casa, recebendo mais uma resposta negativa.

No dia dos fatos, em mais uma noite do festival junino, a vítima encontrava-se na companhia de amigos quando o denunciado, por volta de 04h30min, mais uma vez a encontrou e, ao observar que ela abraçou um amigo, cobrou-lhe satisfações.

Poucas horas depois, ele teria aguardado que ela voltasse para casa e, depois de adentrar sorrateiramente na casa enquanto ela dormia, teria atacado a mulher com os diversos golpes de barra de ferro, do tipo ‘pé-de-cabra’, levando Patrícia à morte.

“O Tribunal do júri é um órgão previsto em nossa Constituição Federal, onde a sociedade é chamada para julgar os casos de crimes dolosos contra a vida, incluindo o feminicídio. Nesse passo, o Constituinte entendeu que é importante a manifestação/decisão da sociedade nos crimes de feminicídio”, destacou o juiz, sobre a importância do Tribunal do Júri e a resposta do Judiciário junto à sociedade.
