Campinas, SP, 04 – O Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva puniu Cruzeiro e Coritiba, denunciados por confusão no dia 11 de novembro, com quatro partidas sem torcida, seja como mandante, condição em que têm de jogar com portões fechados, ou como visitante, situação na qual ficam sem qualquer carga de ingressos. No caso dos cruzeirenses, a Primeira Comissão Disciplinar do STJD entendeu que já houve o cumprimento da sanção, pois o clube jogou de portões fechados contra o Vasco, no Mineirão, e não levou torcedores às partidas contra Fortaleza, Goiás e Botafogo.
A chance de uma punição maior ainda existe, já que a Procuradoria deve pedir recurso ao Pleno, possibilidade que também pode ser acionada pelos clubes. Caso ocorra a ampliação, a pena seria cumprida apenas no ano que vem. O último jogo do time mineiro na temporada, contra o Palmeiras, que deve pretende confirmar o título brasileiro em Belo Horizonte, terá torcida, conforme já havia sido indicado por uma decisão liminar na semana passada.
Depois que torcedores cruzeirenses e coxa-brancas protagonizaram uma batalha campal na Vila Capanema, onde o time paranaense mandou a partida na ocasião, o STJD emitiu uma Medida Inominada determinando a decisão provisória de proibir a presença de torcidas em jogos de ambos os clubes por no máximo 30 dias, até julgamento. Na terça-feira passada, contudo, o vice-presidente do STJD, Felipe Bevilacqua, aceitou liberar a presença de público para jogos das equipes como mandantes, mas impôs restrições de acesso às torcidas organizadas e manteve o veto em duelos como visitantes.
O Cruzeiro aproveitou a decisão para ter a torcida de volta ao Mineirão na quinta-feira, durante o empate por 1 a 1 com o Athletico-PR. No jogo seguinte, fora de casa, com o Botafogo, domingo, não pôde levar torcida. Já o Coritiba, que jogou na quarta contra o Botafogo, no Couto Pereira, preferiu optar pelos portões fechados, pois haveria pouco tempo para organizar a venda de ingressos. Além disso, sabia que as partidas já disputadas sem torcida seriam deduzidas da pena que viria do julgamento do STJD.
Diferentemente do Cruzeiro, que teve dois jogos atrasados disputados durante a paralisação do calendário para a Data Fifa, nos dias seguintes à confusão, o Coritiba não chegou a ter quatro partidas sem torcida. Teve apenas três, por jogará com o Couto Pereira vazio, na última rodada, quarta, contra o Corinthians.
O STJD também aplicou multas de R$ 40 mil ao Coritiba e de R$ 50 mil ao Cruzeiro. O time paranaense recebeu ainda multa de R$ 4 mil pelo arremesso de objetos no campo, enquanto o clube mineiro terá de pagar uma multa de R$ 1,4 mil pelo atraso no início e reinício da partida.
A BRIGA
A confusão na vitória por 1 a 0 do Coritiba sobre o Cruzeiro na Vila Capanema, dia 11, começou após o gol marcado por Robson, aos 45 minutos do segundo tempo, quando um grupo de cruzeirenses invadiu o gramado na parte de trás do gol. Do outro lado, a torcida da casa também pulou o alambrado e foi para o confronto.
Por cerca de três minutos foram registradas cenas de selvageria no gramado. No momento da invasão e da briga, poucos policiais estavam no gramado, que contava apenas com um grupo de seguranças, incapaz de conter a violência. Cinco minutos depois, o Pelotão de Choque já estava no meio do campo para conter os dois grupos. A torcida visitante deixou o estádio e também causou alguns confrontos do lado de fora.
O árbitro Bráulio da Silva Machado (SC) paralisou o jogo por 30 minutos, ao mesmo tempo que até os torcedores do Coritiba também deixavam o estádio. Com as arquibancadas praticamente vazias, os policiais fizeram uma varredura dentro e fora de campo para tentar encontrar e neutralizar qualquer objeto perigoso.
O confronto foi disputado na Vila Capanema porque o estádio Couto Pereira recebeu um show na mesma data. O jogo foi reiniciado 38 minutos depois de sua paralisação, já com as precárias luminárias acessas. Nos seis minutos de acréscimos, o placar não mudou.
