O Tribunal de Justiça do Maranhão lançou aviso de licitação de concorrência eletrônica para contratação de empresa de engenharia para a construção de salões do júri com capacidade para até 50 lugares em 13 comarcas: Santa Rita, Magalhães de Almeida, Tutóia, Arame, Amarante do Maranhão, Riachão, Alto Parnaíba, São Raimundo das Mangabeiras, Loreto, São João dos Patos, Cândido Mendes, Turiaçu e Santa Helena.
A construção se justifica porque, atualmente, diversas comarcas não possuem área para realização das sessões do júri, o que causa contratempos e dificuldades para a execução das atividades da Justiça, por isso a necessidade de se garantir a infraestrutura física apropriada, segurança e saúde no trabalho, promovendo instalações adequadas aos magistrados, magistradas, servidores, servidoras e, às pessoas que buscam as unidades da Justiça, um ambiente ideal para um atendimento ágil, seguro e de qualidade, como ordem prioritária, a partir do levantamento das necessidades e dos objetivos estratégicos do Tribunal.
A realização dos julgamentos onde não existe Salão do Júri ocorre, geralmente, em espaços cedidos pelo município, onde, em sua maioria, são espaços físicos que necessitam de adaptação e demandam mobilização para deslocamento e instalação de computadores, impressoras e outros. Há ainda os casos em que não se realizam as sessões por falta de espaço disponível.
A contratação é justificada, ainda, em virtude da necessidade de atender ao Plano de Obras do Poder Judiciário 2019-2023 – em que as obras dos salões do júri se encontram inseridas – que visa o aprimoramento e disponibilização de infraestrutura física e recursos materiais (instalações, mobiliários e equipamentos) que proporcionem um bom desempenho das unidades do Tribunal.
Para a contratação decorrente da licitação, serão exigidas a garantia de execução e adoção dos critérios de sustentabilidade estabelecidos no Projeto Básico e da minuta contratual, inclusive em atendimento às normas de acessibilidade. Os licitantes e a contratada deverão atender às disposições contidas na Lei Federal nº 12.846/2013 – Lei Anticorrupção.
O aviso definido como de Concorrência Eletrônica nº 03/2023 – UASG 925125, Processo nº 53.2572023, informa que o edital está disponível desde essa quarta-feira (13/12) nos links: www.gov.br/compras/pt-br/ e https://www.tjma.jus.br/financas//index.php?acao_portal=licitacoes ou diretamente na Coordenadoria.
Acrescenta que a abertura das propostas está marcada para o dia 17 de janeiro de 2024, às 10h (horário de Brasília), no endereço www.gov.br/compras/pt-br/.
