Belo Horizonte, MG, 02 (AFI) – O Cruzeiro garantiu a liderança na classificação geral da primeira fase do Campeonato Mineiro, que teve todos os jogos da oitava e última rodada realizados na tarde deste sábado. O time celeste recebeu o Uberlândia no Mineirão, em Belo Horizonte (MG), e venceu por 2 a 0, com gols de Jamerson, contra, e Matheus Pereira.
COMO FICA?
Com a vitória, o Cruzeiro terminou a primeira fase em primeiro lugar do Grupo A com 19 pontos e também na liderança geral. Assim, nas quartas de final, enfrentará o melhor segundo colocado, vaga que ficou com o Tombense, também do Grupo A, com 15 pontos. Como eram da mesma chave, eles não se enfrentaram na primeira fase.
A outra semifinal será disputada entre América-MG, líder do Grupo C com 18 pontos, e Atlético-MG, líder do Grupo B com 14. O Uberlândia já não tinha chance de avançar e ficou em terceiro do Grupo B com oito pontos. Na classificação geral, ficou em oitavo e disputará a Taça Inconfidência.
O JOGO
No primeiro tempo, o Cruzeiro não teve medo de arriscar e começou com chute de Arthur Gomes, que passou perto da trave. O time também fez vários cruzamentos para a área e, em um deles, Zé Ivaldo cabeceou com perigo.
Até que aos 32 minutos o placar foi aberto a favor do Cruzeiro. Zé Ivaldo invadiu a área pela direita e cruzou rasteiro. Jamerson tentou fazer o corte na pequena área, mas mandou contra o próprio gol. Antes do intervalo, ainda deu tempo de Sabino, do Uberlândia, cobrar falta e acertar o travessão após desvio na barreira.
SEGUNDO TEMPO
Na etapa final, o Cruzeiro começou no campo ofensivo e levou perigo quando Arthur Gomes cruzou para Dinenno. Ele cabeceou no contrapé do goleiro Rafael Pin, que fez grande defesa. Depois, Arthur Gomes invadiu a área pela esquerda, mas finalizou um pouco sem ângulo para nova defesa do goleiro.
O Uberlândia conseguiu responder em jogada de escanteio, em que Elias desviou de cabeça, mas Rafael Cabral defendeu.
Fora isso, porém, o Uberlândia apresentou poucos riscos ao Cruzeiro, que confirmou a vitória aos 49 minutos com o segundo gol. Matheus Pereira fez bom pivô e ajeitou para Rafael Elias, que finalizou colocado da entrada da área para fazer um belo gol.
