InfoGripe aponta tendência de crescimento nos casos de SRAG – Jornal Pequeno – MARANHÃO Hoje- Notícias, Esportes, Jogos ao vivo e mais

O Boletim Infogripe, divulgado nessa segunda-feira (4) pela Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz) aponta a retomada do crescimento no número de casos de Síndrome Respiratória Aguda (SRAG) no país, sendo a maior parte deles, 77,6%, positivos para Sars-CoV-2, vírus causador da covid-19.

O boletim desta semana mostra que a possível interrupção do crescimento sinalizada na última edição não se manteve. A análise é referente ao período de 19 a 25 de junho. Nesse período houve crescimento tanto na tendência de longo prazo, considerados os casos das últimas seis semanas, quanto na tendência de curto prazo, consideradas as últimas três semanas.

Segundo o Infogripe, a prevalência entre os casos com resultado positivo para vírus respiratórios foi de 2,4% para influenza A, 0,1% para influenza B, 7,6% para vírus sincicial respiratório (VSR) e 77,6% para Sars-CoV-2 (covid-19). Entre as mortes registradas no período, a presença destes mesmos vírus entre os positivos foi de 1% para influenza A, 0,1% para influenza B, 1,4% para vírus sincicial respiratório (VSR) e 94,5% para Sars-CoV-2 (Covid-19).

Entre os bebês e crianças de 0 a 4 anos de idade, o boletim mostra que os casos de covid-19 se aproximam dos de VSR. Esses dois vírus corresponderam a 36% e 39%, respectivamente.

Os dados mostram que 16 das 27 unidades federativas apresentam sinal de crescimento na tendência de longo prazo: Alagoas, Ceará, Distrito Federal, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Paraíba, Piauí, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Roraima, Santa Catarina, São Paulo e Tocantins.

Nos estados das regiões Sudeste e Sul há indícios de possível interrupção na tendência de crescimento nas últimas semanas, que devem ser reavaliados nas próximas atualizações para confirmação.

Apesar do crescimento dos casos de SRAG no país, o boletim mostra que entre a população adulta observase sinal de desaceleração, especialmente nas faixas etárias a partir de 50 anos. Nas crianças e adolescentes observa-se manutenção sinal de queda entre os grupos de 0 a 4 e 5 a 11 anos.

Em 2022, de acordo com o boletim, foram notificados 175.110 casos de SRAG, sendo 86.005 (49,1%) com resultado laboratorial positivo para algum vírus respiratório, 65.440 (37,4%) negativos, e ao menos 14.317 (8,2%) aguardando resultado laboratorial.

Este ano, referente aos casos de SRAG, foram registradas 28.812 mortes, sendo 21.957 (76,2%) com resultado laboratorial positivo para algum vírus respiratório, 5.442 (18,9%) negativos, e ao menos 597 (2,1%) aguardando resultado laboratorial.
