São Paulo, SP, 04 (AFI) – Abrindo a série de ida das oitavas de finais da Copa do Brasil Sub-17, o São Paulo abriu vantagem por uma vaga nas quartas de finais ao derrotar o Athletico-PR por 2 a 1, nesta segunda-feira, no CT de Cotia. Agora o Tricolor joga pelo empate para avançar as quartas.

Já o Furacão precisa vencer por dois ou mais de diferença. Em caso de empate no placar agregado, a vaga será decidida nos pênaltis. O duelo de volta está marcado para a próxima sexta-feira, às 15h00, no CT do Caju.

RESUMO

Aproveitando o mando de campo, o São Paulo abriu o placar cedo, aos 19 minutos. Pedro Ferreira recebeu na área e mandou no ângulo direito. Na reta final da primeira etapa, o Athletico-PR chegou a diminuir o marcador com Gustavo Gomes, mas o gol foi anulado por impedimento.

Na volta do intervalo, o Tricolor seguiu mais efetivo. Após cruzamento rasteiro Polin apareceu na área e só empurrou para as redes e ampliou o marcador aos sete. Assim como no primeiro tempo, o Furacão voltou a pressionar na reta final e descontou aos 40, com Juliano Santini. Antes, o time paranaense acertou o travessão.
