A Policia Civil do Maranhão cumpriu na manhã desta quarta-feira, 21, um Mandado de Prisão Preventiva, oriundo da 1° Vara Criminal de São José de Ribamar, em desfavor de M. S. G., 27 anos, vulgo Marcelo do Tribo, pelo crime de Roubo Qualificado.
De acordo com a polícia, no mês de julho do ano passado, Marcelo da Tribo e um irmão, M. C. J. G. F., de 30 anos, assaltaram a residência dos próprios tios, na Rua Aldenor Pereira, Bairro Rio São João. A dupla contou com apoio mais três indivíduos, munidos de armas brancas.
Durante a ação criminosa, os bandidos levaram eletroeletrônicos, dinheiro, jóias e uma arma de fogo.
Dois elementos que participaram do crime já haviam sido presos e autuados em flagrante, enquanto o sobrinho das vítimas continuava solto, até a prisão desta quarta, ocorrida na Rua 15, no bairro Jota Lima, em São José de Ribamar. A polícia segue investigando o caso para tentar capturar os outros envolvidos.
A prisão ocorreu por meio da Delegacia Especial de São José de Ribamar (pertencente ao SAISP LESTE, integrantes da SPCC) com apoio da Guarda Municipal.
