Ao todo, 539 cidades, 19 estados e o Distrito Federal receberam recursos
O Governo Federal, por meio do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional (MDR), finalizou o pagamento, a estados e municípios, dos recursos disponibilizados por meio do Auxílio Emergencial à Gratuidade das Pessoas Idosas no Transporte Público Coletivo Urbano. Ao todo, foram repassados R$ 2,46 bilhões a 539 cidades, 19 estados e ao Distrito Federal. Confira a lista completa neste link.
O processo de repasse dos valores nas contas indicadas pelos entes federativos foi concluído cerca de dois meses antes do prazo final para a destinação dos recursos, estipulado pela legislação em 31 de dezembro deste ano. Os entes serão responsáveis pela aplicação e pelo repasse dos recursos aos seus prestadores de serviços de transporte público coletivo urbano de passageiros.
Tiveram acesso aos recursos os estados de Alagoas, Amapá, Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Paraíba, Paraná, Pernambuco, Piauí, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, São Paulo e Sergipe, além do Distrito Federal. Também receberam recursos prefeituras de todas as unidades federativas brasileiras.
“Em poucas semanas, conseguimos efetuar o repasse para todos os municípios e unidades federativas que tiveram propostas aprovadas no âmbito do auxílio. Esse recurso será importante para garantir a mobilidade urbana para idosos e apoiar o setor de transporte público, que foi um dos mais fortemente afetados pela pandemia”, afirma a secretária nacional de Mobilidade e Desenvolvimento Regional e Urbano do MDR, Sandra Holanda.
O MDR ainda irá repassar, por meio de Termo de Execução Descentralizada (TED), cerca de R$ 38,7 milhões à Companhia Brasileira de Trens Urbanos (CBTU) e à Empresa de Trens Urbanos de Porto Alegre (Trensurb). As duas empresas públicas são vinculadas ao Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional.
Repasse – Para terem acesso aos recursos, municípios, estados e o Distrito Federal tiveram que apresentar planos de trabalho. Todas as movimentações de saídas de valores serão classificadas e identificadas e ficarão disponíveis para acompanhamento, prestação de contas e fiscalização. Nos casos em que houver sobras de recursos, eles serão devolvidos à Conta Única do Tesouro Nacional por meio da emissão e pagamento de Guia de Recolhimento da União eletrônica.
Os recursos aplicados em desconformidade com as regras estipuladas pelo Auxílio Emergencial à Gratuidade das Pessoas Idosas no Transporte Público Coletivo Urbano serão restituídos à Conta Única do Tesouro Nacional, atualizados. O cálculo será feito com base na variação da Taxa Referencial da Selic, acumulada mensalmente, até o último dia do mês anterior ao da devolução dos recursos – também será acrescido 1% de juros no mês da devolução.
