A bancada do Maranhão no Congresso Nacional vai destinar no Orçamento da União de 2023 mais de R$ 284 milhões de emendas impositivas para a execução de obras e ações no estado do Maranhão no próximo ano.
As emendas impositivas são garantias constitucionais que permitem a deputados, senadores, bancadas estaduais e comissões permanentes indicarem obras, projetos e ações que o governo federal é obrigado a executar. O prazo para a apresentação das emendas na Comissão Mista do Orçamento (CMO) encerra-se nesta segunda-feira (14).
“Estamos colocando mais de R$ 284 milhões de emendas de bancada impositivas, as RP7, direcionadas para todo o estado do Maranhão, e temos ainda mais de R$ 1 bilhão de emendas não impositivas, que são as chamadas RP2, vamos trabalhar na Comissão de Orçamento no sentido de consolidá-las, visando atender os interesses do Maranhão”, revelou o coordenador da bancada, deputado federal Cléber Verde (Republicanos-MA).
A definição dos recursos veio após uma semana de intensas reuniões do colegiado, que reúne 18 deputados federais e três senadores. A primeira reunião foi na terça-feira (8) na Câmara dos Deputados.
“A bancada recebeu com satisfação as instituições estaduais e federais que nos procuraram com o objetivo de nos apresentar suas prioridades orçamentárias para 2023. Também recebemos o prefeito de São Luís e o governador do Estado e todos expressaram a importância de suas ações e a busca de recursos para suas obras e ações tão importantes”, disse Verde.
Depois, a bancada se reuniu reservadamente para analisar cada demanda e definir as prioridades e alocação de recursos no Orçamento de 2023. “Entre as prioridades definidas pela bancada está a conclusão da obra do Hospital do Câncer em Pinheiro. No ano passado alocamos recursos de R$ 23 milhões e para 2023 estão colocando R$ 15 milhões para o custeio e compra de equipamento para dar as condições de funcionabilidade”, citou o Cleber Verde.
O coordenador revelou que a bancada também está destinando recursos para construção de um Hospital do Câncer em Santa Inês, atendendo toda a região. Também colocou recursos para a Prefeitura de São Luís reformar o Socorrão II, e a construção do Centro de Convenções da Universidade Estadual do Maranhão (Uema), “que é uma ação para o governo estadual, além de recursos para o custeio da saúde do Estado”.
Ele ainda citou Hospital de Amor, como outra instituição beneficiada pela bancada. “Registro: o Hospital de Amor está recebendo R$ 7 milhões e 700 mil para a sua manutenção e ampliação das ações, com diagnóstico e tratamento do câncer de pele e do câncer de boca”.
“Na área da infraestrutura”, frisou Cléber, “nós definimos destinar recursos para o DNIT dar continuidade às ações aos serviços na BR-135, na BR 226, no passeio urbano de Imperatriz e para a obra que vai de Miranda a Caxuxa, que vai receber primeira ação de asfalto de grande durabilidade”, revelou o coordenador.
Além de recursos para o programa Calha Norte, do Ministério da Defesa, “que vai atender vários de municípios do estado com serviços de excelência em infraestrutura”, acentuou. O coordenador da bancada maranhense destacou a união e o diálogo do grupo para a definição das prioridades e recursos. “Conseguimos fazer um trabalho com grande cuidado, atenção. É óbvio que ficaram algumas instituições de fora, mas conseguimos atender as demandas que entendemos que são mais prioritárias. Consolidamos tudo isso com muito diálogo, companheirismo e união dos deputados e senadores. São recursos que vão ajudar a desenvolver políticas públicas e melhorar a vida do povo maranhense”.
