Feira do Produtor Rural de Amarante terá novo aspecto com reforma realizada pelo Governo do Maranhão

O presidente da Agemsul, Jonas Alves, esteve na cidade de Amarante do Maranhão, na última segunda-feira (9), para acompanhar o início da obra de reforma e ampliação da Feira do Produtor Rural Antonio Carlota. A obra é uma parceria do Governo do Maranhão, prefeitura e também conta com recursos provenientes de emendas parlamentares do deputado estadual Marco Aurélio.

O espaço foi entregue em 2004 e não passava por uma reforma havia mais de 15 anos. A obra era bastante aguardada pela comunidade e trabalhadores que comercializam a produção proveniente da agricultura familiar. A reforma contemplará a revitalização do galpão, novas instalações elétricas e hidrossanitárias, pavimentação e urbanização do entorno garantindo conforto, segurança e comodidade aos usuários e feirantes.

Antonio do Peixe, como é conhecido por todos em Amarante, é um dos trabalhadores mais antigos da feira e que ficou feliz em saber que a obra tão sonhada pela população foi iniciada. “Vamos fazer uma verdadeira festa para receber a feira toda reformada e com uma estrutura melhor para a gente trabalhar e atender aos consumidores que precisam de um espaço legal para fazer as compras”, frisou o feirante.

Para o prefeito Vanderly do Comércio, o início das obras da Feira do Produtor Rural Antonio Carlota foi possível graças ao esforço conjunto em favor da cidade. “Agradeço ao governador Carlos Brandão, ao deputado Marco Aurélio que destinou parte do recurso com  as emendas, ao ex-secretário de Estado da Infraestrutura, Clayton Noleto, e ao presidente da Agemsul, Jonas Alves. Juntos somos mais fortes e vamos trazer mais benefícios ao povo de Amarante”, destacou o prefeito.

O presidente da Agemsul, Jonas Alves, representando o governador Carlos Brandão na assinatura da ordem de serviço para reforma e ampliação da Feira, destacou a importância do investimento para a cidade. “A obra impacta na agricultura familiar fazendo com que os produtores tenham mais qualidade no atendimento e gerando uma renda ainda maior com o espaço que será totalmente revitalizado”, pontuou.

Para o deputado estadual Marco Aurélio, o início das obras da feira do produtor rural são resultado de uma longa jornada, que contou com a parceria do Governo do Estado. “Nós lutamos para que esse dia chegasse e agora teremos a valorização de toda a cadeia de produção da agricultura familiar no município reconhecendo o trabalho valoroso dessas pessoas”, declarou.

Vistorias e visitas técnicas em Buritirana, Porto Franco e Ribamar Fiquene

Depois de assinar a ordem de serviço para o início das obras da Feira do Produtor Rural de Amarante, o presidente da Agemsul e a equipe técnica do órgão seguiu para a cidade de Buritirana. Acompanhados do prefeito Tony Brandão e de secretários municipais, uma série de vistorias e visitas técnicas foram realizadas com o objetivo de consolidar os investimentos para o bem-estar da população.

O presidente Jonas Alves reforçou o compromisso do Governo do Maranhão na execução da reforma e modernização da Praça da Juventude e a ampliação do Mercado Municipal. As equipes ainda visitaram o açude que fica às margens da MA-122 e que está em discussão a urbanização da área e a construção de uma Areninha para garantir maior conforto, lazer e comodidade à população.

A cidade de Porto Franco também recebeu a visita da comitiva, com a presença do prefeito Deoclides Macedo e da deputada Valéria Macedo. Na ocasião, foi verificada a possibilidade da parceria com o Executivo municipal para a requalificação da Beira Rio e a construção de uma Areninha. “Em breve, por determinação do governador Carlos Brandão, em parceria com o município e o Poder Legislativo, estaremos dando início  à requalificação da Beira Rio para dar mais esta opção de lazer para as famílias, neste que será o grande cartão postal da cidade”, destacou Jonas Alves.

A equipe da Agemsul encerrou as vistorias no município de Ribamar Fiquene, verificando as obras do atracadouro no Cais do Porto, investimento de mais de R$ 1 milhão que trará maior comodidade aos trabalhadores na região.
