Policiais civis da Delegacia de Chapadinha prenderam em flagrante um indivíduo identificado pelas iniciais J. R. F. F., pelo crime de estelionato.
De acordo com a polícia, J.R se aproximou de um conhecido ao descobrir que ele tinha recebido uma certa quantia em dinheiro. Então, disse para a vítima do golpe que havia uma mulher muito bonita com interesse de se relacionar com ele.
Em seguida, o estelionatário se passou pela suposta mulher e entrou em contato com a vítima, por meio de mensagens do aplicativo WhatsApp, com conversas sedutoras no intuito de conquistá-lo.
Após longas conversas, o golpista, se passando pela suposta mulher, informou que um familiar estava correndo risco de vida e precisava de uma quantia em dinheiro para realizar um procedimento cirúrgico urgente.
A vítima, totalmente envolvida, realizou diversos depósitos bancários para conta da “mulher”, totalizando um valor de aproximadamente R$ 6.000,00.
Ao perceber o golpe, o homem acionou a polícia, que deu início aos trabalhos investigativos, realizados pela equipe do 1º DP de Chapadinha. O autor do crime foi identificado e preso em flagrante, no momento em que recebia valores provenientes da trama.
O suspeito foi conduzido até a delegacia para procedimento praxe e em seguida colocado à disposição da justiça.
