Oportunidades de crescimento e qualidade de vida são principais motivos que levam funcionários a permanecerem nas melhores empresas
O Great Place to Work, empresa global de pesquisa, consultoria e capacitação que trabalha com a missão de “construir uma sociedade melhor, transformando cada organização em um “Great Place to Work for All”, divulga os resultados da 9ª edição do Ranking Melhores Empresas do Maranhão 2022.
O critério de participação requer que as empresas tenham, no mínimo, 30 funcionários e um CNPJ registrado no Estado do Maranhão. A pesquisa foi realizada em duas etapas: quantitativa – necessário que a empresa alcance a amostra mínima de funcionários e obtenha nota igual ou superior a 70% – e práticas culturais uma vez atingidas as condições da primeira etapa, a empresa passa para a fase de avaliação das práticas.
O ranking Maranhão 2022 contou com 9 empresas inscritas, representando 5036 funcionários. Neste ano, 4 empresas foram premiadas, sendo 2 de porte grande e 2 de porte médio.
A pesquisa apontou as características dos colaboradores das empresas, com informações referentes à faixa etária, nível de escolaridade, gênero e perfil dos presidentes. Na distribuição etária dos funcionários, 31% entre 35 e 44 anos; 29% tem entre 26 e 34 anos; 21% até 25 anos; 14% entre 45 a 54 anos; e 5% acima de 55.
O nível de escolaridade demonstrou que 85% possuem ensino médio completo ou menos, 9% ensino superior completo, 4% ensino superior incompleto e 1% pós graduação. Quanto ao gênero dos colaboradores que trabalham nas empresas premiadas, 80% é composta por homens e 20% por mulheres. Em todos os cargos constata-se que a grande maioria é ocupado por homens, sendo 96% na alta liderança, 77% na média liderança e 80% em outras posições. Mulheres representam 23% e 20%, respectivamente.
Referente ao perfil dos presidentes. a idade média está na faixa dos 52 anos, o tempo médio de ocupação do cargo é de 7 anos e nenhuma mulher ocupa a função.
A idade média de existência das empresas é de 28 anos, sendo que 50% permitem que os funcionários participem de programas de voluntariado no horário de trabalho e 50% contam com alguém responsável por combater a discriminação e promover a diversidade.
O estudo destaca que 75% das empresas oferecem bolsas de estudos para graduação ou pós e 50% tem universidade interna, programas de coaching ou oferecem bolsas para cursos de idiomas, 13% dos funcionários foram promovidos no último ano e a taxa de rotatividade é de 9%.
Na métrica IVR (Velocidade da Inovação), desenvolvida pelo time de cientistas e analistas do GPTW, são mensurados o nível crucial da velocidade e agilidade organizacional, quantificando a capacidade dos colaboradores de se adaptar e inovar. Quanto maior o resultado, mais forte é a capacidade da organização em adaptação e inovação.

Entre as premiadas, nenhuma apresentou estágio acelerado, 25% (1 empresa) estão em estágio funcional e 75% (3 empresas) em estágio de atrito.
Referente ao turn over e fatores de permanência na empresa, 9% dos funcionários saíram de forma voluntária, fator que representou 10% do total de demissões. Quando questionados sobre o motivo que levam os funcionários a permanecerem nas melhores do Maranhão, 46% apontam a oportunidade de crescimento, 26% qualidade de vida, 14% alinhamento de valores, 10% remuneração e benefícios e 2% estabilidade.
