O ex-deputado Roberto Jefferson (PTB), que cumpre prisão domiciliar com tornozeleira eletrônica, é alvo neste domingo (23) de uma ação da Polícia Federal a pedido de Alexandre de Moraes, do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal). Jefferson reagiu à abordagem e atirou contra os agentes. Uma policial ficou ferida.
“Eu não vou me entregar. Eu não vou me entregar porque acho um absurdo. Chega, me cansei de ser vítima de arbítrio, de abuso. Infelizmente, eu vou enfrentá-los”, diz Jefferson em vídeo gravado dentro da casa do próprio ex-deputado. Em outro vídeo, o para-brisa do veículo da PF aparece estilhaçado. “Mostrar a vocês que o pau cantou. Eles atiraram em mim, eu atirei neles. Estou dentro de casa, mas eles estão me cercando. Vai piorar, vai piorar muito. Mas eu não me entrego”, afirma.
A operação ocorre um dia após Jefferson xingar a ministra Cármen Lúcia, ministra do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), e a comparou a “prostitutas”, “arrombadas” e “vagabundas” em um vídeo publicado por sua filha Cristiane Brasil (PTB) nas redes sociais.
RESISTÊNCIA A PRISÃO
Um agente da Polícia Federal foi baleado pelo ex-deputado Roberto Jefferson (PTB) no decorrer do cumprimento de mandado de prisão, neste domingo (23/10), na residência do ex-paralamentar, em Levy Gasparian, no Rio de Janeiro. Ainda não se tem o conhecimento da gravidade dos ferimentos do policial. A informação foi ratificada pela corporação ao portal Metrópoles.
Os policiais cumpriam ordem do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e presidente do Tribunal Superior eleitoral (TSE), que estabeleceu a prisão de Jefferson, após ele ofender a ministra do STF Cármen Lúcia – além de ataques à corte e ao sistema eleitoral. Horas antes, alguns deputados tinham protocolado um pedido de prisão contra o ex-deputado.
Roberto usou câmeras do circuito interno de segurança para acompanhar a movimentação da equipe formada por três agentes, que estavam na porta de sua casa. Logo que a viatura estacionou na frente do portão, Roberto passou a filmar a tela da TV que transmitia as imagens.
Bastante nervoso, o ex-parlamentar dizia que não iria se entregar e resolveu atirar contra a guarnição da Polícia Federal.
