Presidente eleito se diz confiante na aprovação de PEC da Transição

A definição de nomes para os ministérios só começará daqui a dez dias, disse nesta quarta-feira (09) o presidente eleito Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT). Na primeira entrevista coletiva após as eleições, ele disse que só iniciará a montagem da equipe do futuro governo após voltar da viagem ao Egito e a Portugal.

A convite do Consórcio de Governadores da Amazônia Legal e do presidente do Egito, Abdul Al-Sisi, Lula irá ao balneário egípcio de Sharm El-Sheik, onde está sendo realizada a Conferência das Nações Unidas sobre Mudanças Climáticas (COP 27). O presidente eleito chegará na terça-feira (15) ao Egito e retorna ao Brasil no dia 18, com a previsão de uma visita de um dia a Portugal durante a viagem de volta.

O futuro presidente disse estar preocupado com a formação do ministério, mas não indicou nomes. “Estou mais preocupado do que vocês, mas ainda não posso contar”, respondeu Lula, ao ser perguntado sobre a possível indicação dos ex-ministros Henrique Meirelles e Fernando Haddad para o Ministério da Fazenda.

O vice-presidente eleito e coordenador da equipe de transição, Geraldo Alckmin, começou a formar a equipe de transição ao anunciar os primeiros integrantes do grupo. A equipe terá 31 grupos técnicos de áreas específicas, mas em pronunciamento ontem (8), ao formalizar o gabinete de transição, Alckmin disse que a indicação para a transição não está relacionada à ocupação de cargos em ministérios.

Disposição – Sobre a proposta de emenda à Constituição (PEC) da Transição, que pretende retirar até R$ 175 bilhões do teto federal de gastos do Orçamento de 2023, Lula disse estar confiante na aprovação. Segundo o presidente eleito, os presidentes da Câmara dos Deputados, Arthur Lira, e do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco, demonstraram disposição para a tramitação da proposta nas reuniões realizadas hoje. Caberá a Alckmin estabelecer um cronograma de tramitação da PEC com Lira e Pacheco.

Para o futuro presidente, o Congresso deve ter em mente que os beneficiários dos programas sociais são a população mais necessitada. “Não adianta guardar dinheiro para pagar juro a banqueiro”, declarou. “Saúde, Farmácia Popular e Educação não são gastos. São investimentos”, ressaltou, dizendo que esses gastos não podem ser cortados em 2023.

“Houve muita disposição dos presidentes da Câmara e do Senado. Alckmin vai se sentar com os presidentes [das duas Casas] para falar sobre a PEC”, afirmou Lula. Ele também disse estar empenhado em recuperar o relacionamento normal entre as instituições e que busca uma relação tranquila com o centrão.

Dizendo não saber quem fará oposição ao futuro governo, Lula afirmou que tanto o PT como Alckmin terão de “aprender” a conversar com o centrão para conseguir apoio aos projetos e às demais propostas que tramitarão no Congresso.

“Se depender de mim, dia 2 [de janeiro] a gente está colocando a obra para funcionar”, afirmou Lula, completando que pretende que as negociações aconteçam sem tensões nem brigas.
