Decisão em cumprimento da Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal
O diretor-geral da Assembleia Legislativa, Ricardo Barbosa, anunciou, nesta sexta-feira (24), que, em razão dos efeitos da conjuntura macroeconômica e do cumprimento da Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal, a Mesa Diretora da Assembleia, por meio da Resolução Administrativa nº 1.200/2023, publicada no Diário da Assembleia de 18 de outubro de 2023, determinou um corte de despesas em todas as áreas da ordem de 25%.
Segundo Ricardo Barbosa, a presidente da Assembleia, deputada Iracema Vale (PSB), tomou essa decisão orientada pelo procurador-geral da Assembleia, Bivar George Jansen Batista, quanto a obrigação precípua por parte da Administração Pública do cumprimento da Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal (Lei Complementar nº 101/2000), que estabelece normas de finanças públicas voltadas à gestão fiscal.
Transparência
“A gestão da presidente Iracema é focada na transparência e no cumprimento rigoroso dos princípios constitucionais da Administração Pública, dispostos na Constituição Federal de 1988, sobretudo os da eficiência e da economicidade, e da Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal. Por isso, foram adotadas essas medidas no sentido de garantir principalmente mais eficiência e economicidade”, esclareceu o procurador-geral da Alema.
De acordo com o diretor-geral, dentre as medidas de cortes de gastos, consta a de suspensão das nomeações para os cargos de livre provimento até 31 de dezembro de 2023. “Essas medidas vão assegurar que a Assembleia Legislativa cumpra rigorosamente com suas obrigações na execução do orçamento
