O Saúde Sesc Mulher do Serviço Social do Comércio (Sesc), órgão vinculado ao Sistema Federação do Comércio (Fecomércio), volta à Ilha de São Luís para a realização de exames gratuitos de mamografia e colo de útero. A Unidade Móvel ficará instalada na Praça Viva Maiobão, desta quinta-feira (07) até 22 de dezembro.
O atendimento será de segunda a quinta-feira, das 07h30 às 12h30 e das 13h às 17h30 e às sextas de 07h30 às 11h30 e das 12h às 16h. As vagas são limitadas.
O agendamento dos exames deve ser realizado em qualquer USB de Paço do Lumiar por meio da apresentação das cópias dos documentos pessoais (RG e CPF), cartão do SUS e comprovante de residência.
Com uma estrutura de ponta, o Sesc Saúde Mulher oferecerá exames de mamografia para mulheres na faixa etária de 50 a 69 anos ou maiores de 35 anos com histórico familiar de câncer de mama, com laudo emitido pelo Hospital do Amor (Hospital do Câncer de Barretos/SP), e exames citopatológicos, do câncer de colo do útero, para mulheres de 25 a 64 anos que já tiveram ou têm atividade sexual.
Para mulheres fora da faixa etária indicada é necessário encaminhamento médico.
Integrando a rede nacional de prevenção e cuidados voltados à Saúde da Mulher e em funcionamento no Maranhão desde 2018, a Unidade Móvel Sesc Saúde Mulher já percorreu vários municípios do Maranhão, registrando desde então mais de 10 mil atendimentos entre exames preventivos e mamografias, além das ações educativas.
