Aumentos propostos serão parcelados em quatro vezes
A Câmara dos Deputados recebeu na última quinta-feira (o8) cinco projetos de lei que reajustam salários e subsídios de servidores e membros do Poder Judiciário, do Ministério Público da União (MPU) e da Defensoria Pública da União (DPU). Todos preveem reajuste de 18%, que será concedido de forma parcelada entre 2023 e 2024.
Os projetos chegam ao Legislativo no mesmo instante em que o STF aprecia uma liminar do ministro Luís Roberto Barroso que estabelecer um piso salarial aos profissionais de Enfermagem, aprovado pelo Congresso Nacional e sancionado pelo presidente da República, Jair Bolsonaro.
As cinco propostas serão analisadas agora nas comissões temáticas da Câmara. Elas se juntam à do Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU), que propõe reajuste de 13,5% para os servidores da corte de contas (PL 1392/22), em tramitação desde maio.
Os projetos que chegaram encaminhados ao parlamento são os seguintes:
Todas as propostas informam que os reajustes visam recompor parte das perdas inflacionárias acumuladas desde a concessão dos últimos aumentos. O impacto orçamentário varia conforme o público atendido. O maior (PL 2441/22) chega a quase R$ 2 bilhões em 2023.
