A partir deste domingo (9) passa a valer uma nova norma da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária que muda os rótulos de alimentos comprados em supermercados.
São três as principais mudanças: a tabela nutricional passa a ter letras pretas com fundo branco para facilitar a leitura, a embalagem também vai ganhar uma coluna com o valor dos nutrientes por 100 gramas para os alimentos sólidos e 100 ml para os líquidos.
Além disso, as embalagens com alto índice de açúcar, sal ou gordura saturada vão levar um selo indicativo de uma lupa bem na frente do rótulo. A ideia é deixar casa vez mais clara a composição dos alimentos.
As fabricantes podem destacar as qualidades do produto como: ricos em vitamina C ou livres de gordura saturada. Só que, nos alimentos com lupa, essa informação não deve ficar na frente da embalagem.
