A Série B do Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol de 2023 será a 47ª edição da segunda divisão do futebol brasileiro. A competição terá início em abril e será disputada até o mês de novembro, com a participação de 20 times.
Os quatro primeiros colocados da Série B garantem o acesso à Série A do Campeonato Brasileiro de 2024, enquanto os quatro últimos são rebaixados para a Série C.
Os times que participarão da Série B em 2023 são: Chapecoense, CRB, Criciúma, Guarani, Ituano, Londrina, Novorizontino, Ponte Preta, Sampaio Corrêa, Sport, Tombense e Vila Nova são remanescentes da edição passada da Série B. Atlético-GO, Avaí,
A Série B de 2023 promete ser bastante competitiva, com a presença de tradicionais clubes do futebol brasileiro como Cruzeiro, Botafogo e Coritiba, além de equipes que buscam o acesso à elite do futebol nacional, como Guarani, Ponte Preta e Avaí.
As quatro equipes rebaixadas na Série A do ano passado são Atlético-GO, Avaí, Ceará e Juventude. Já ABC, Botafogo-SP, Mirassol e Vitória conquistaram o acesso na Série C.
O formato da competição será o mesmo das edições anteriores, com a disputa em turno e returno, totalizando 38 rodadas. O time que somar o maior número de pontos ao final do campeonato será o campeão da Série B de 2023.
Assim como em todas as edições do Campeonato Brasileiro, a Série B promete muita emoção, rivalidade e disputas acirradas em busca do acesso à elite do futebol brasileiro.
